About Re2O ↓
WHAT IS Re2O

An approach grounded
in skin’s own components.

Re2O is a human tissue product made by processing donated dermal tissue into finely divided hADM. It contains components of the skin’s extracellular matrix (ECM), including collagens, elastin, proteins and proteoglycans.

Product composition alone does not determine whether treatment is suitable. Your clinician reviews your skin, the proposed area and your treatment history before planning care.

EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX

Between the cells:
ECM supports skin structure.

ECM is the network of components outside cells that supports tissue structure. The clinic’s existing materials describe changes in its amount and organization with skin aging from adulthood. Age, sun exposure and lifestyle are among the factors involved in skin changes.

Conceptual illustration of ECM structure; it is not a tissue photograph or a demonstration of treatment outcomes.

Collagen

A major protein that supports dermal structure.

Elastin

A component involved in tissue elasticity.

Proteoglycans

Involved in the hydration and structure of ECM.

FROM TISSUE TO hADM

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

More questions about Re2O?

How do hADM and ECM differ?

ECM refers to components outside cells that support tissue structure. hADM is dermal tissue processed to remove cells and other components. Re2O is made from finely divided hADM.

Is treatment suitable for everyone?

Suitability depends on your skin and medical history. Tell your clinician about infection or inflammation, allergies, previous adverse reactions, medicines, pregnancy or breastfeeding.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no single schedule for everyone. Your clinician plans the number and spacing of sessions based on your skin, goals, previous treatments and recovery.

Can I return to normal activities immediately?

Swelling, bruising, redness and injection marks may occur, and recovery varies. Discuss important events and when to resume exercise or makeup during your visit.

Can it be combined with other procedures?

Tell us about recent injections, laser procedures and planned treatments. Combining procedures in the same area and their timing should be decided after reviewing the products and your skin.
