Juvelook i, containing 26,497,970 particles per 30mg, increases the probability of mechanical tension with macrophages and induces significant M2 polarization, helping to deliver numerous signals to individual cells.
What is a Macrophage? A core immune cell that engulfs pathogens and secretes cytokines, utilized for biological defense and tissue repair. What is M2 Polarization? Week 4: In the early stage, increased cell density and tissue rearrangement are observed, with a distribution of cells presumed to be activated fibroblasts.
- Week 12: A more organized structure appears in the dermal layer, and the process of stable fibrous tissue formation is observed. Surrounding cellular activity also appears vigorous, with gradual tissue remodeling underway.
- Week 24: In long-term observation, an overall increase in tissue density in the dermis, matrix expansion, and distinct firmness at cell-to-cell junction sites are visible. This indicates a trend where the skin structure remains more elastic and firm over time.

- Week 12: Increased collagen fibers and regular arrangement are observed in the stained area (blue), and a firm connection structure between fibrous tissues is confirmed at the parts indicated by yellow arrows.
- Week 24: Thicker collagen fibers and a denser, firmer dermal layer were observed over time. This indicates a trend of sustained collagen production and remodeling processes.
